Ashley Medical Center is pleased to showcase their Fitness Center. It has been a collaboration of lots of hard work from numerous groups and individuals to raise the funding required and update the rooms to provide this type of equipment to be utilized by the community. It is a partnership that has benefited both the Ashley Public High School and the Ashley Medical Center. Located at 703 West Main there are 2 entire rooms filled with selectorized and non-selectorized style of weights as well as names like Nautilus,

Maximus, and Hammer Strength.
There is also a room dedicated to cardiovascular fitness that has steppers, ellipticals, treadmills, and state of the art SCI FIT machines including the popular RST 7000 and PRO II which allow the user to sit on a seat for increased comfort and user friendliness. We have also added the equipment necessary so these can conform to wheelchair users as well.

A host of activities happen in these rooms including outpatient physical and occupational therapy, as well as great gains,  Ashley JOURNEY and summer fitness programs. We also have handouts to assist your workout and heart monitors by Polar. The hardest part about using our great fitness center is walking through the front doors because once you have made it that far there is nothing but fun and user friendly machines ahead.
